My wife & I moved into OGV almost a year ago. We love our new home, but dread having to contact Ford Management for anything. Anything.
Our dealings with them have not been addressed in a timely manner. They always require plenty of chasing via phone and then do not follow through. I'm still trying to get them to send someone out to address internal water damage from the heavy rains of December 2010.
On this blog, is there a way to establish a running record to document their short-comings, should others encounter the same?
