Welcome to the Orange Grove Village 1 blog. I have no idea how to begin, so here goes....
Last year I recommended to the HOA that we create a OGV website and the idea tabled. So my thought in creating this blog is to provide a place where a few of us might share thoughts about out complex - good, bad, whatever. But up front let's be clear that in no way is this anything official. Just a place to chat with neighbors.
So for now I'll just tell a few friends about this blog url and we'll see if anything comes of it.

Communication is key. This is why nothing gets done or if it gets done, it's not done properly nor done in a way to minimize costs and risks. I am not impressed with the Board nor Ford Management. I have yet to receive a return call from Ford the 3-4 times I have called them. Ann Yost did not reply to any e-mails re parking and new garage doors. I had to go to Ann's condo to get information regarding the vendor she selected for the garage doors. The entire board did not reply to an email re parking. Teresa Airo did not reply to my emails re installing a satellite dish. I don't know why any of the board members are part of the board if they don't ever want to do anything.
